KanchiKalingam Silks believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
• Refunds will be done within 7–10 working days in the case of online payments done through Credit/Debit/Net banking facility.
• In case blouse stitching, fall/pico, blouse detachment or tasseling has been done as per request of the customer, no cancellation or change is possible.

• All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. If you find the delivered product is damaged, kindly email customer care for the return procedure within 24 hours of delivery.
• The decision to accept returns rests solely with the KanchiKalingam Silks team.
• Once the products are shipped, no returns will be accepted unless the above conditions are met.
• If a product is disliked by the customer, it is not eligible for exchange.
• Product colours may vary slightly due to screen or device settings.
• Sarees must be returned in original condition and packaging. This is a non-negotiable policy.
• Once approved, refunds or exchanges may take up to 7 working days.
• Exchange will be provided only once per order — repeat requests will not be entertained.

• Payment methods include Net Banking, PayPal and CC Avenue.
• In case of refunds, the amount will be credited back to the same payment method used during purchase.
• The price mentioned on the website is final — discounts are not applicable unless stated.
• KanchiKalingam Silks is not responsible for fraud during payment as transactions occur on secure third-party gateways, however we will assist you in case of difficulty.
• Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

• Customers must review and confirm blouse measurements before submitting.
• Additional details may be emailed after placing the order.
• Measurement changes requested after two hours of placing the order will not be accepted.

• In case of typographical errors or incorrect pricing, KanchiKalingam Silks reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders.
• If the product has not been dispatched, the order may be cancelled or the revised price communicated for confirmation.
• If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original account.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

• By subscribing or registering, you consent to receive electronic communication from us.
• All notices, agreements and updates shared electronically are legally valid.
• We may email updates about new collections and relevant information.

• This User Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Chennai.

• Chat conversations may be recorded and used as reference.
• Abusive language in chat will not be tolerated.
• The chat window will not be used for solicitation or promotional activities.
• Chat support will only address basic purchase-related queries.
