We deliver to cities and towns across India where reliable courier services are available. To ensure a smooth and quick delivery process, please provide your complete address including zip code and phone number at the time of placing the order.

We also ship to most countries overseas.

Shipping in India is Rs. 100 per product, up to a maximum of Rs. 500 for five or more items in one shipment. Please ensure that you provide the full name and address of the recipient. If you require delivery on a specific date, please contact us — we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

International parcels are shipped through DHL Worldwide. Shipping rates are dynamic and may vary based on destination and weight.

All items are shipped using reputable courier partners who typically deliver within 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Since shipping is handled by third-party providers, delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.

For international deliveries, transit time is usually 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country. We are not responsible for unexpected delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched. Orders are shipped together once all items are ready. Any import duties, customs fees or local taxes applicable as per the laws of the destination country or state will be borne by the customer.

KanchiKalingam Silks holds full discretion in accepting returned shipments. If a return is initiated where KanchiKalingam Silks is not at fault, the customer will bear the complete shipping cost. Returned products must be unused, in original condition and packaging. International courier standards must be followed, and the sender assumes full responsibility in case of loss or damage during return transit.

KanchiKalingam Silks cannot guarantee delivery within estimated timelines in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action as required.
