Returns

  • Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our silk sarees, we do not accept returns once the product is sold.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at contact@kanchikalingamsilks.com. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
