Return & Exchange Policy
At Kanchikalingam Silks, every product is handcrafted with care and goes through a strict quality check before being shipped. However, in the rare event of any issue, we have a clear return and exchange process for our customers.
Please note that the decision to approve returns/exchanges rests solely with the Kanchikalingam Silks team and is subject to the terms below.
Terms for Return/Exchange
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- The saree must be returned in its original packaging with the barcode tag intact.
- Multiple return or exchange requests for the same order will not be accepted.
- Products disliked by the customer (for reasons such as colour or design preference) are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Please note that color variations may occur due to lighting during photography or your device’s display settings. Such differences will not be considered as defects.
Steps to Make a Return
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing orders@kanchikalingam.co.in.
- Share clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect product for approval. Our Quality Control team will review and confirm whether the product is eligible for return/exchange.
- Once approved, please ship the product to the following address:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will process an exchange or refund within 7 working days.
No Refunds Will Be Provided in the Following Cases
Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format, including PO Box addresses.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- The package was refused by the recipient.
- If the product is disliked by the customer for reasons like colour/design.
- Orders with customizations such as blouse stitching, fall/pico, blouse detachment, or tasselling.
